Our Gold-Star Program consists of three levels: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each level entails a series of month-long modules teaching different skills. Each of the modules in a level is independent of the others, and so a skill level can be entered at any month of the year. At the end of each month, a short skills test is given.

Skill-level instruction normally occurs once per week in an hour long group class (some students choose to supplement with private lessons, or to pursue only private instruction). Additionally, Training Classes that focus on conditioning and athletic performance are available each week. Open Bouting allows for students to work on sparring techniques.

Our Elite Program is designed for students who are interested in Competitive Fencing on the Regional and National Level. Students in the Elite Program participate in Skill-level group instruction classes and Training Classes, as well as receive private instruction from our Coaching Staff.

Individual Private Lessons are also available, by appointment.
