Starting February 2012, Cutting Edge Fencing will be introducing a new HomeSchool Fencing PE Class, one we believe is UNIQUE in the DFW area. It will be focused on fostering life-time physical fitness utilizing fencing skills, exclusively open to homeschool students. Students will study basic fencing footwork, learn coordination and agility training, and play games designed to appeal to young homeschool students in a fun and upbeat environment.

Classes will be on Wednesday afternoons, and we will have two times and age-group sessons available at our North Richland Hills facility (6455 Hilltop Drive #116, next to Monarch Dental). The cost is $45 a month, and there are no enrollment or equipment fees.

All classes are subject to a 5 student minimum. Please wear laced athletic shoes, shorts or sweatpants and tshirt. Bottled water and sports drinks are available for purchase at the center, or bring your own bottle!

We also offer a more traditional fencing class or lesson experience in our regular evening programs. A substantial number of our students in these programs are homeschooled and receiving PE and Athletics credit through a number of different programs.
