The timeless sport of fencing develops physical fitness, critical thinking skills, independence and self-reliance but most importantly, is a fun-filled pursuit that can be enjoyed by people of all ages!
Cutting Edge Fencing Club has several opportunites to learn fencing through our classes at the North Richland Hills Recreation Center. Equipment is provided, but a fencing glove is required and is available for the nominal fee of $12.
Our regular beginner sessions run for 12 classes on Mondays and Thursdays. Beginner instruction is $48/month ($45/month for NRH residents). There are seperate classes for Youth and Adults. Please see our Programs page for details on the start dates for beginner classes as well as information about our Youth and Adult Recreational Programs and Competitive Program.
All classes register directly with the Rec Center, located at 6720 NE Loop 820, on the southeast corner of 820 and Rufe Snow, in the city of North Richland Hills (see Location page for more details). The phone number is 817-427-6600.
On-line registration for classes is also available through the RecXpress system.
